Per instructions of the code inspector - we are reporting each day this continues. Improper trash storage in back of building. All Trash bins left open. This building is a serial offender and is attracting rodents. They need to buy more or larger trash bins and property store their trash

I spoke to Boston PD last night on Boylston Street close to the Chick-fil-A across from Trinity Church. She said that she was going to come back after an emergency call to deal with the situation I called it into 311 early this morning and I walked by there this evening and everything is still there and filled with a variety of urine and feces and needles, etc. I was going to complement the mayor on a wonderful job and how the city came together during the world soccer tournament, but I hope to God that things don’t change because clearly over the past few days the trash to the city has been absolutely terrible The location of this is at 650 Boylston St. right adjacent )to Bos Tix

There is a persistent accumulation of trash and debris in the rear yard and beneath the exterior stairs of this apartment building. The area contains scattered litter, containers, wood debris, and other refuse that has not been cleaned up and may attract rodents and pests. Please inspect the property for compliance with Boston’s sanitation and property maintenance requirements.
