Right in front of the Madison Park, vocational-technical high school on the sidewalk, there are metal Poles that are broken and the sidewalk is broken.Needs to be repaired right in front of a school zone right near MBTA Bus Stop

Parking in residential area without permit.

Scaffolding has been up for years without being used or inspected. Does not appear safe.

Large tree trunk looks like it will come down. Right over the children’s area. In the fairy garden in the back corner. R

The “no YMCA access” sign at the entrance to Quinn Way is just flapping in the breeze. It’s held on by one bolt and only a matter of time before it swings and hits somebody. It’s at an awful height and probably should be reinstalled at a higher height.

Still no parking sign still on ground now for five week

I put 2 small rugs out for trash collection in South Boston today and they were not collected. They are now sitting on the sidewalk, against the building. Can someone please come remove them?
