There is a black 2-door Honda that has been parked outside 130–132 Norwell St. for several months without being moved. A man comes by every few weeks, removes items from the trunk, and then leaves the vehicle parked in the same spot. With the ongoing construction, parking is already very limited for residents. It appears this vehicle is being used for long-term storage rather than regular transportation, and it is taking up valuable resident parking. Could someone please look into this situation? Thank you.
