Multiple Rats coming from 19 Cowing through holes in their fence into my yard & more rats running down their driveway & from under their porch & from their trash into my yard.

In front of 402-408 Centre Street in JP, three concrete sidewalk squares on a narrow sidewalk have been removed, leaving behind a rocky dip in the only walkable part of the sidewalk. This has been going on for at least 3 days. I just saw an older man slowly traversing the area with his cane. This is a real hazard and should be filled in asap. I don't understand why it hasn't been filled in or the sidewalk hadn't been clearly diverted. Website won't let me submit pictures from my phone
