Resolved. Pathway is wide enough for stroller and wheelchair access and is not impeding pedestrian access to sidewalk. No violation found upon arrival.

Description
The tour companies are back with their stands now that it’s nice out, combined with provisions adding their outdoor seating. There’s a super small gap for pedestrians to walk through. Would help a lot if the tour stands moved slightly down, so as not to be in the same section as the outdoor seating
