- I am re-submitting this complaint to report clear property damage caused by the construction workers for 198 Everett St, who are operating recklessly along our property line at 2 Aramon. A shrub located entirely within our property—my property—has been destroyed due to their work and materials being handled directly against our building. This damage is a direct result of their careless construction activity. Despite this, materials, debris, and equipment continue to encroach onto our property, and a portable toilet remains placed directly against/abutting our building. This is ongoing trespass and documented property damage that was not properly addressed.
