- Description Tree still blocking sidewalk at 18 Essex st. You closed complaint but the tree has not been moved! CLOSED 1d ago #10100660900 This is a picture of where tree and planter are located! Not the picture where your person says it is a clear sidewalk! And closed complaint! It is right at the tree that is planted in the sidewalk which makes it difficult to walk by or a wheelchair, baby carriage to pass. WHY??
