- There has been repeated rodent activity inside my apartment unit. I have seen mice multiple times and found droppings on several occasions, most recently this week. The issue has occurred at least three times. The landlord has sent pest control, but the problem continues to return and has not been resolved. This is affecting the sanitation and habitability of the apartment. I have photo evidence documenting the issue.
