- Francis Rizzo called she is 88 years old with mobility challenges. There is currently side walk work happening in front of her home and they have laid out a narrow wooded board to walk on in which she can not. She is stuck in her house unable to leave. Asking the crew to set up an ADA walk way so that she can be able to leave her home.
