- Our condo’s trash pickup keeps getting skipped due to illegal parking on the street prohibiting the garbage truck to make it down the driveway. There is a sign indicating that parking near the driveway is a city tow zone, but the city never tows the vehicles blocking the garbage truck. Pickup was yesterday and was unable to be completed. The truck just came by again today and was unable to complete the trash pickup again due to an illegally parked car, photo attached. Can the city start towing or establish another mechanism that prevents cars from parking and blocking garbage pickup? Thank you.
