- Rodent activity has skyrocketed around 314 & 316 E Street since spring, mainly behind the building in the back patios and alley. This was not previously a problem and has gotten worse since the new bagel place opened on the corner of W Broadway and E Street. Multiple dead rats, burrows with piles of dirt, and we hear them at night. In previous years this was never an issue. Coincided with the bagel place opening.
