- Trash and drug paraphernalia. Used needles, needle caps and bloody rags all over driveway. This is a public health hazard and residents are refusing to park in the driveway. This is trash left behind by homeless people who frequently use the alley as a bathroom and area to hide out from the police. This was marked as resolved yesterday and the trash is still there.
