Complaint type: Construction site debris / dumpster violation / sanitary code Location: 80-82 Sunnyside St., Hyde Park, MA 02136 Description: For over 6 months, the property at 80-82 Sunnyside St., has had an active renovation with ongoing debris violations. Construction debris (including wood and glass) has repeatedly been thrown from an upper floor into the driveway rather than removed through a chute or by hand, creating a falling-debris hazard. Rotting wood and broken glass have been left exposed in the driveway for months. A dumpster on the property has been filled and left in place for over 6 months without being emptied. The accumulated debris and overflowing dumpster are attracting rodent activity, raising a public health concern for the surrounding properties. I also have concerns about whether this renovation work has proper permits, given the scale and duration of the project. I'm requesting an inspection for violations of the Site Cleanliness Ordinance, dumpster permit regulations, and the Sanitary Code, verification of permit status, and enforcement action as appropriate. Photos are attached showing the debris, exposed glass/wood, and dumpster condition.
